Project Manager-Residential Exteriors DivisionJacob Sunrooms, Exteriors & Baths is a family-owned company in business since 1977. We want to add an experienced project manager to our Exteriors Division familiar with St. Louis and the Metro-East area. This division includes windows (we were recently selected to be the exclusive Certified Installing Retailer of replacement Marvin Windows & Doors, siding, soffit, gutters, facia, and roofing. The chosen candidate must demonstrate the ability to multi-task during the day while being extremely detail-oriented. A normal day will consist of going to job sites for job starts, managing crews, quality control, and creating raving fans who trust us with their homes for future projects. The job is then handed off to the project manager to complete—and report to the Operations Manager.Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee multiple construction projects concurrently to completion.
  • Timely, effective, and respectful communication with employees, vendors & customers.
  • Develop project plans and timelines and perform kick-off meetings and quality checks.
  • Review & approve the scope of work and remeasure windows, doors, siding, & roofs.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress, changes, delays, conflicts, and status reports.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high quality and margins.
  • Conduct project closeout and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Manage, recruit, and monitor in-house installers and subcontractor crews.
  • Ability to perform minor repairs as needed for the company.
Salary: $50,000-$65,000 Starting Pay, Based on Experience-Bonus potential based on KPIs.Job Type: Full Time, Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-4/5 PM as needed.Work Location: The service area is within an approximately 60-mile radius of the St. Louis Arch.Benefits:Simple IRA with 3% Employer Match.Health/Dental/Vision/ and Life Insurance are available.Company Vehicle with a fuel card for all work duties.Cell Phone Reimbursement.Participation in the company Rockin’ Referrals Program.Good work/life balance.Basic Qualifications:

  • Computer literate with experience in MS Office is helpful.
  • Ability to adhere to all company policies/procedures and operate effectively within established budgetary restraints.
  • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Strong work ethic, can-do attitude, organization, leadership & team management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of residential construction experience (preferably in the exteriors.)
  • 2+ years of experience in a construction project management position with a strong skillset in estimating, exterior projects, and roofing.
