- Category Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive category strategies for information security products and services that align with ISRM objectives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the information security landscape.
- Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts that deliver value and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, risk management, and compliance, to define procurement needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Cost Management: Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality and service delivery standards.
- Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and performance metrics to monitor supplier performance and category performance; take corrective actions as necessary.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments of suppliers and outsourced services to ensure they meet the required security standards.
- Market Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in information security to inform procurement strategies and decision-making.
- Contract Management: Oversee contract negotiations and renewals to ensure favorable terms and conditions are established.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on category performance, supplier performance, and market insights to senior management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in category management, procurement, or sourcing, with a focus on information security or IT services is required
- Certifications: Professional certifications in procurement (e.g., CPM, CPSM) or information security (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.

- This position may require a 10% of domestic and/or international travel
