- Take ownership of end-to-end analytics projects in GTM domain: from defining the problem, to pulling and modeling data, to visualizing insights, to telling the story.
- Partner with GTM leaders to design dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks that drive accountability and decision-making.
- Run exploratory analyses to uncover growth opportunities, efficiency gaps, and trends across revenue streams and customer segments.
- Build and deploy predictive models such as customer lifetime value (LTV), churn risk, and upsell propensity to guide commercial strategy.
- Conduct time-series forecasting for metrics like product usage, revenue, and pipeline performance to support planning and target-setting.
- Work with analytics engineers to improve and scale our data models, ensuring high-quality, reliable sources for business-critical reporting.
- Define and maintain data tracking requirements across commercial tools (CRM, marketing automation, product analytics).
- Collaborate cross-functionally to turn strategic goals into measurable outcomes and provide clarity on performance against targets.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or product analytics, with 3+ years focused on the GTM domain (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) at a high-growth tech company or in consulting/finance with strong analytical and commercial exposure.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (comfort with Python or R for deeper analysis is a plus)
- Experience applying statistical and machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, classification, survival analysis, time-series forecasting) to real-world business problems.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar, open source tools like Superset is a plus).
- Proven ability to design metrics, build dashboards, and tell compelling stories with data.
- Experience working with sales and marketing data (CRM systems like Salesforce, marketing automation tools, customer success platforms).
- A strong mix of technical skills and business acumen you can both dig into a dataset and explain what it means for the business.
- Excellent communication skills you can simplify complexity and influence stakeholders across all levels.
- Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
