Travel: Rare; may occasionally travel to another location within the shiftAbout the Role:We are looking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to join our clinical team in Briarcliff Manor, NY. This full-time position plays a critical role in patient care delivery and clinical support, working closely with providers and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations.Key Responsibilities:Administer injections and perform EKGs as ordered by providersHandle Medication Administration Record (MAR) reconciliation and documentationProcess prescription refills and coordinate with pharmaciesCommunicate with patients via phone and in-person to relay instructions, provide education, and address concernsAssist providers with exams and procedures as neededMaintain accurate and timely documentation in Electronic Medical Records (EMR)Ensure exam rooms are stocked, sanitized, and ready for useSupport daily clinical workflows and contribute to a team-oriented environmentUphold patient privacy and confidentiality standardsRequired Qualifications:Active LPN license in the state of New YorkBLS (Basic Life Support) certificationExperience with EKG administrationProficiency in administering injectionsPay Details: $34.86 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
