Position: Civil Engineer – (PE)

Bonus Plan: Bi-annual profit-sharing, performance-based bonuses, and low-burden billability expectationsWhat You’ll Do:Design Leadership: Lead civil site designs for public projects — including roadways, drainage, stormwater systems, and gradingProject Ownership: Manage work from scoping to delivery; own budgets, timelines, and qualityTeam Mentorship: Support junior engineers and drafters; review work and guide their technical developmentClient Collaboration: Meet with municipalities, DOT, and stakeholders to align on technical direction and expectationsField Work: Conduct occasional site visits to validate designs and provide construction-phase supportSoftware Mastery: Use Civil 3D and related tools to produce complete, high-quality plan setsWhat You Need:Education: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related discipline
Licensure: PE or EIT in Oklahoma or eligible via comity
Experience: At least 1-2+ years in civil infrastructure design (transportation infrastructure or water resources)
Software: Strong in Civil 3D; knowledge of Bluebeam, Mosaic, and stormwater modeling tools preferred
Communication: Confident with both internal team leadership and client-facing work
