The Senior Supply Chain Planner will be responsible for analyzing processes and data in our supply chain by collaborating with others, developing skills, and providing process improvement. Technical skills will include maintaining daily schedules, performing statistical analysis, reviewing demand, refining long term planning models, and representing the department in S&OP meetings.Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize, Analyze, and optimize procedures to execute timely delivery of expectations to internal and external customers.
- Meet the needs of the customer while supporting department and company financial goals and objectives
- Ability to prioritize, problem solve, meet deadlines, and communicate up and down the organization
- Optimize supply network for areas of responsibility through effective utilization of supply chain tools and best practices.
- Lead capacity review process for assigned portfolio by managing mid-to long-term capacity constraints, developing recommendations to proactively resolve constraints, and provide direction to sales and customer service to manage customer expectations.
- Drive implementation of IT systems to support company operations and meet customer expectations as needed.
- 2+ Years of Supply Chain Experience
- Establish strong communication skills to be effective in building positive relationships
- Training with continual process improvement methods with a demonstrated ability to identifyissues, conduct root cause analysis and take action to fix issues
- Experience in Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated knowledge of MRP processes and systems (SAP)
- APICS (ASCM) certification a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, statistics, mathematics, or similar field required
