- Engage with customers to build trust and deliver exceptional service
- Identify client needs and confidently recommend insurance solutions (Auto, Life, Home, etc.)
- Follow up on leads, prepare quotes, and assist throughout the application process
- Handle service-related requests including billing, policy changes, and claims support
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions
- A sales-minded attitude and the motivation to meet or exceed performance goals
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, customer-first approach with the ability to explain complex products simply
- Prior experience in insurance, customer service, or sales is preferred
- Willingness to obtain an insurance license (licensing support available)
