With industry certifications including PCI Qualified Erector and AISC Advanced Certified Fabricator/Erector, we deliver superior results with rigorous safety and quality standards.Our expertise spans diverse markets—from hospitals and automotive plants to airports, stadiums, high-rises, and more—with decades of experience managing complex projects using lean construction, BIM, and virtual modeling technologies like Tekla, StruCad, SDS/2, Revit, and Navisworks.Position OverviewAs a Business Development Manager, you will drive growth by identifying new opportunities, fostering client relationships, and leading strategic initiatives to expand the companies footprint in structural steel design-build and fabrication markets across the U.S.Key Responsibilities:Proactively generate and nurture business leads within construction, design-build firms, and general contracting sectors.Position the company as a trusted early-stage partner in Design-Assist and Design-Build projects, emphasizing benefits like cost efficiency, schedule optimization, and sustainability.Present our certifications and capabilities—including PCI S2, AISC, virtual construction, and lean-building methodologies—to prospective clients and partners.Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored proposals, project scopes, and presentations that align with client needs and expectations.Manage and expand relationships with architects, engineers, general contractors, and owners maintaining a consultative, relationship-driven approach grounded in integrity and trust.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to strengthen brand visibility and thought leadership.Monitor project pipelines, track competitor activity, and analyze market trends to spot and act on strategic opportunities.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.3+ years of business development or sales experience, preferably in the structural steel, construction, or fabrication industry.Demonstrated experience with Design-Build/Design-Assist delivery methods and understanding of BIM and virtual construction tools (Revit, Tekla, etc.).Strong network and proven relationships with design firms, general contractors, or owners in key commercial sectors.Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and high standards of safety and quality.Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.What We OfferCompetitive compensation package with performance-based incentives.Robust benefits including health insurance, retirement options, and professional development opportunities.Supportive, safety-first culture where integrity, innovation, and teamwork are celebrated.The opportunity to shape high-profile, large-scale projects across diverse markets—from automoti
