- Convert goals, requirements, and UX strategies into viable solutions that follow and complement our design and art principles.
- Utilize appropriate UI and UX design methodologies to communicate and validate the player experience. For example: flow visualizations, interaction prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Establish and document guidelines, systems, and patterns.
- Conceptualize, iterate on, and deliver shippable assets to cross-functional development partners.
- Effective collaborator: You know how to move a design forward with your team and in discussions with stakeholders using proven collaboration methods.
- Visual communicator: You have comprehensive knowledge of graphic design fundamentals like layout, color theory and typography.
- Player-centered designer: You are a committed believer in putting player needs at the center of the development process. You know how to incorporate both qualitative and quantitative insights into your design process.
- Process and team-driven: You can break experiences down with your team and ship value to our players. You embrace that an effective user experience needs feedback and iteration to achieve.

- Experience working on a cross-functional product team.
- A portfolio with UI & UX projects.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience, Cognitive Science or equivalent.
- Experience in games across multiple platforms.
- Ability to use design software (Figma, Adobe Suite, etc.) to prototype designs.
- Experience with UI design system processes and tooling.
