- Administer Endermologie treatments according to clinic protocols and device training.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness best practices.
- Collaborate with clinic staff to develop client-centered treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR), adhering to clinic standards.
- Ensure treatment rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Support clinic staff with light administrative or operational tasks.
- Comply with all hygiene, safety, and privacy protocols.
- Develop a working knowledge of all clinic services and offerings.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and stay informed on developments in massage therapy and bodywork technologies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 2 years' massage therapy experience, preferably with an existing client base.
- Proficient in at least two massage modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, or sports massage.
- Certification in Endermologie, or willingness to complete training.
- Experience with Endermologie or similar body contouring modalities preferred.
- Strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic massage practices.
- Prior experience in a medical spa, wellness clinic, or integrative care setting.
- Interest in functional, integrative, or wellness-based approaches to client care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills; able to learn clinic’s EHR system (NextTech).
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire).
- Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with wellness clinic standards.
- Clinic environment with prolonged periods of standing, reaching, and repetitive movement. May involve bending, kneeling, or lifting up to 25 lbs. to support treatment preparation. Exposure to clinical products is expected. Schedule may require work in excess of standard hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs. Must be comfortable working in both traditional and holistic medical environments, supporting integrative care models.
- Internally with clinic staff and various Moda departments. Externally with patients, clients, vendors, and product representatives.
