
Digital Sales Manager

- Own and grow digital sales performance, setting ambitious goals and delivering year-over-year growth.
- Build strong partnerships with internal teams and external clients—Sales Managers, Account Executives, buyers, planners, and marketing teams.
- Design impactful campaigns using a full suite of digital products—search, display, video, social, email, and more.
- Coach and empower Account Executives through hands-on training and regular joint sales calls.
- Collaborate on goal setting and performance tracking with Sales Managers.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Recruit and retain top sales talent, helping shape a high-performing, future-ready team.
- Innovate digital offerings by developing new tools, programs, and go-to-market strategies.
- Partner with corporate and market teams to explore and implement emerging digital solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- 5+ years of successful sales experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in digital advertising, including programmatic, search, social, video, audio, geo-targeting, and email marketing.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to price, package, and manage digital inventory effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with standout presentation abilities.
- A strategic mindset, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- A collaborative spirit, with a knack for motivating teams and building relationships.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Receive, process, and maintain information through oral and/or written communication effectively.
- Manual dexterity and fine motor skills to operate computer keys and general office equipment. Ability to work on a computer for prolonged periods of time.
- Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
- Lift, move, and carry up to 20 pounds on occasion.
