Webb City Health & Rehab – RN Unit ManagerLocation: Webb City, MOWe are seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Unit Manager to join our leadership team at Webb City Health & Rehab. This role is perfect for a nursing professional who is passionate about quality care, team development, and making a difference in the lives of residents and their families.Position OverviewThe RN Unit Manager is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of patient care on their assigned unit. This includes supervising and mentoring nursing staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and working closely with the Director of Nursing to uphold the highest standards of clinical excellence. You’ll serve as a key liaison between residents, families, and our healthcare team, ensuring care is delivered with compassion and precision.Key Responsibilities * Lead and support nursing staff in delivering high-quality care within a long-term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living environment.
  • Monitor compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Supervise activities related to quality assurance, infection control, and utilization review.
  • Communicate and implement physicians’ orders, ensuring they are accurately conveyed across departments.
  • Delegate nursing and therapeutic procedures appropriately to licensed and unlicensed staff.
  • Conduct regular rounds to assess residents’ physical conditions, review care quality, and ensure accurate documentation.
Qualifications * Current RN license in the state of Missouri (or eligible for licensure).
  • Minimum of 2 years nursing experience and 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in long-term care or working with the geriatric population preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure resident-centered care.
