What Youll Do:Perform structural welding on trailers.Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (including wiring brake lights).Inspect, maintain, and repair air brakes and axles.Conduct fleet maintenance and preventative services on trailers.Ensure repairs meet safety and quality standards.

What You Need to Have:Proven experience in fleet maintenance for trailers.Ability to read and follow technical manuals and schematics.Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
The Musts:Direct experience working on trailers (structural welding, air brakes, electrical).Ability to work safely and efficiently.Reliability and strong attention to detail.
Preferred:Formal technical training or certifications in welding, electrical, or trailer mechanics.CDL or other relevant licenses.
