Adheres to the patient-focused care agreement, acts as a change agent
Presents a professional approach and appearance, a calm, caring, and reassuring demeanor
Greet patients warmly and respectfully, demonstrating compassion
Document patient care in the electronic medical record
Respond in a timely manner and keep patients informed while maintaining confidentially and adhering to all privacy and protected health regulations
Operates as an active part of the team, uses constructive problem-solving, promotes a positive approach to all tasks, refrains from criticism
Plan and document care, implement and communicate it to the multidisciplinary care team, review and evaluate the effectiveness of the plan, and document response.
Delivers high-quality service and helps control costs in a safe environment * Escorts patients to exam room and documents chief complaints
Ensures patient safety, uses supplies efficiently, uses equipment properly, exhibits awareness of patient's rights and respects them at all times, responds to patient requests promptly
Qualifications/Requirements:
Annual influenza vaccine and COVID vaccine required.
Graduated from an accredited Practical Nursing Program
Missouri LPN License required
Experience preferred but not required.
