We’re seeking a highly organized, people-focused Project Manager to take the lead on national trade show operations, internal project execution, and team coordination. - Lead and manage internal projects with a primary focus on national trade show planning and execution.
- Coordinate PureO's presence at 8–12 major hair and beauty trade shows across the U.S.
- Handle end-to-end logistics:
- Book flights and hotel accommodations
- Register staff and manage schedules
- Oversee booth setup and shipping
- Act as on-site team lead at trade shows, ensuring smooth execution and real-time troubleshooting.
- Track and manage event budgets, vendor payments, and key deadlines.
- Hold regular staff meetings to align on goals, roles, and strategies.
- Work closely with leadership to improve operational efficiency and support company growth.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or event coordination (beauty, wellness, or hospitality industry is a plus).
- Outstanding organization and multitasking abilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills — able to motivate and manage staff both on-site and remotely.
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 25–30% of the year.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite; experience with project management tools is a bonus.
- Budget management and deadline tracking expertise.
- Flexible, problem-solving mindset with the ability to pivot in fast-paced environments.
