
Junior Business Intelligence Project Manager

- Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking account growth initiatives, including targeted offering campaigns, AI infusion efforts, and talent placement activities.
- Support business and data analysis to identify revenue gaps and underlying performance issues.
- Help prepare recovery and action plans with account teams and functional stakeholders.
- Gather, organize, and analyze account performance data under the guidance of senior team members.
- Prepare status updates, dashboards, and reports to communicate progress and highlight key trends.
- Assist in translating data insights into practical recommendations for account leaders.
- Coordinate with Workforce Planning, Operations, Training, and Technology CoE teams to move initiative forward.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication among stakeholders.
- Help maintain project timelines, deliverables, and trackers for growth enablement programs.
- Monitor task completion and escalate risks or delays to senior PMs.
- Document lessons learned and maintain project records for continuous improvement.
- Gain exposure to AI adoption projects and digital transformation initiatives.
- Participate in relevant training to develop skills in analytics, project management, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science .
- MBA or Masters in Business Intelligence preferred for enhanced business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Working toward a project management certification (CAPM, PMP, or equivalent) is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, IT consulting or a related field.
- Exposure to management of project life cycles from requirements, planning, execution and close is preferred.
- Basic familiarity with AI tools and analytics platforms as well as IT services business is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to work with data under guidance.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet).
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow into a more senior project management role.
