Develop comprehensive solutions and tools to optimize DRAM and DRAM system performance and power efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and implement innovative ideas, assess solution effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments. Drive innovation in future memory generations within a dynamic work environment. Communicate complex technical concepts to engineers from various backgrounds. Mentor and develop team members, providing education and training to support the creation of new features and tools. Proven experience in Memory design and product engineering, or Proven experience in Memory specifications and operations, or Proven experience in Memory system architecture and usage 3+ years of proven experience in the Memory industry with an MS degree, or 5+ years with a BS degree Experience with LPDDR5/6, DDR5/6, GDDR6/7, or HBM3E/4. Ability to identify and analyze complex organizational problems and develop innovative solutions. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
