Johnson City Acura/Mazda is seeking a motivated and skilled Automotive Service BDC Representative to join our team in Johnson City, Tennessee. This is a full-time, individual contributor role that provides an excellent opportunity to work in the thriving auto industry. As a Service BDC Representative, you will work closely with our service department to provide exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $16 per hour, paid biweekly. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement within our organization.Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments with accuracy and efficiency
- Respond to online inquiries and email requests from customers in a timely manner
- Maintain excellent knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers
- Actively seek out and follow up on missed service appointments
- Utilize a software system to maintain appointment schedules and customer records
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving any customer concerns or complaints
- Collaborate with service department to ensure high-quality customer experience
- Continuously meet and exceed service goals and targets
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and attend required training sessions
- Perform other duties as assigned by managementRequirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities
- Proficiency in computer systems and software programs
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
