- Serve as an expert for teammate inquiries concerning policies, procedures, and benefits
- Manage and administer benefits programs, including scholarships, insurance claims, and compensation summaries
- Support performance management, conflict resolution and investigations
- Support and create initiatives that promote culture of whole person safety and belonging
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations, record retention and HRIS management
- Maintain teammate files ensuring completeness and accuracy
- Leave of absence management
- Facilitate the immigration process, ensuring legal compliance, and acting as a liaison between attorneys and managers
- Identify training needs, organize, conduct, and track courses to unlock the full potential of our teammates
- Supporting talent acquisition; respond to unemployment claims as needed
- Willing to travel occasionally, as required
- Performs other HR duties/projects assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- 2+ years HR experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Copilot).
- Experience using an HRIS and ATS
- Excellent written communication and verbal with ability to interact effectively across the organization
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, hit deadlines while maintaining a strong focus on customer service
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- PHR certification
- Experience with benefits, employee relations with hourly and salaried teammates
- Experience with SuccessFactors and Kronos
