Role SummaryThis newly created Lead Project Manager opening will support Rivian’s Commercial Remodel + Special Projects. This person will works cross-functionally across both of Rivian’s Development disciplines: Design and Construction. This role will support facilities remodeling and special projects to ensure all financial, administrative, contractual, and technical aspects of multiple projects are being executed as required. Some examples of projects this role would execute are minor and major remodels, programmatic roll outs across the fleet, and the execution and standardization of new product types. The primary function of the role is to provide execution-related services when a permit or multiple trades are required across North America for Service and Retail facilities, reporting into the Sr Regional Development Lead, Remodels + Special Projects, Commercial Development.Project Examples that this Commercial Lead Project Manager would support:Minor and major remodelsProgrammatic roll-outs across the fleet (e.g., new product type standardization, charging-related initiatives, installations of new lifts at existing service centers, updates to existing service/retail spaces)Site-specific projects (e.g., flagship locations, unique design making and planning)Special projects covering anything unusual or atypical.Responsibilities
- Project Execution & Management:
- Experience: At least 7 years of experience managing construction projects or remodel projects is needed.
- Ability to relocate to Atlanta area for this role is needed. Relocation would be provided by Rivian.
Pay DisclosureSalary Range for Rivian Applicants: $114,100 to $142,600Note: Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.Rivian provides robust medical, prescription, dental and vision insurance packages for full-time and part-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26.
