- Experience with intelligence analysis with a focused-on identities and/or networks
- Junior Level: 2-5 years as a U.S. Government (military or civilian) trained intelligence analyst.
- Experience conducting research within relevant databases with ability to compile, analyze and synthesize necessary data to provide an assessment within the scope of the assigned mission and government approved format
- Experience with research and intelligence analytic techniques, strong research and writing skills, and experience with basic computer applications, search engines, and data processing systems
- Possesses a thorough understanding of Identity Intelligence tradecraft
- Capable of coordinating analysis production with senior level and Team Lead oversight
- Experience with analytical tools and databases to including BI2R/I2AR, SOFEX, Palantir, Trident, Lucky, Chrome, Analyst Notebook, TIDE, Pulse, QLIX, DataXplorer, PROTON, HYDRA, Babel Street, SKOPE Tools, and CHIMERA
- Able to brief mission and production related topics to internal and external government clients, military personnel, and contract audiences
- Able to pass all pre-deployment requirements including medical, dental, psychological, background, credit, and security screenings as deemed necessary to be considered deployable
- Previous military experience as a DoD HUMINT collector or credentialed Counterintelligence (CI) agent
- Experience with HUMINT source operations
- Experience as a HUMINT Targeting Officer (HTO)
- Experience with asset validation
- Previously attend Operational Risk Management Course (ORMC) at JFK Special Warfare School on Ft. Bragg
