CACI has openings for Biometric and Identity Intelligence (I2) Analysts at the Army’s National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) , in Charlottesville, VA.You will be responsible for conducting all-source Identity Intelligence-focused analysis and producing intelligence products in support of global missions and customers.As a Biometrics/I2 analyst, you will use I2 tradecraft to conduct analytic production on the full range of unique identifying human characteristics and modalities to include, but not limited to, fingerprints, DNA, iris scans, voiceprints, facial recognition features, and behavior for the purposes of identifying and tracking persons and networks.I2 analysis identifies attributes such as biographical, biological, behavioral, contextual, and reputational information related to individuals and intelligence associated with those attributes to identify and assess threat individuals and networks, their capabilities and capacity, centers of gravity, objectives, intent, and potential courses of action.This position requires a minimum of a 6-month deployment as part of a rotational model.You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Experience with intelligence analysis with a focused-on identities and/or networks
  • Junior Level: 2-5 years as a U.S. Government (military or civilian) trained intelligence analyst.
  • Experience conducting research within relevant databases with ability to compile, analyze and synthesize necessary data to provide an assessment within the scope of the assigned mission and government approved format
  • Experience with research and intelligence analytic techniques, strong research and writing skills, and experience with basic computer applications, search engines, and data processing systems
  • Possesses a thorough understanding of Identity Intelligence tradecraft
  • Capable of coordinating analysis production with senior level and Team Lead oversight
  • Experience with analytical tools and databases to including BI2R/I2AR, SOFEX, Palantir, Trident, Lucky, Chrome, Analyst Notebook, TIDE, Pulse, QLIX, DataXplorer, PROTON, HYDRA, Babel Street, SKOPE Tools, and CHIMERA
  • Able to brief mission and production related topics to internal and external government clients, military personnel, and contract audiences
  • Able to pass all pre-deployment requirements including medical, dental, psychological, background, credit, and security screenings as deemed necessary to be considered deployable
These Qualification would be nice to have:
  • Previous military experience as a DoD HUMINT collector or credentialed Counterintelligence (CI) agent
  • Experience with HUMINT source operations
  • Experience as a HUMINT Targeting Officer (HTO)
  • Experience with asset validation
  • Previously attend Operational Risk Management Course (ORMC) at JFK Special Warfare School on Ft. Bragg
