- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of production goals with supply chain capabilities.
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in demand or capacity.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Conduct regular reviews of inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for timely material availability.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for continuous improvement and quality enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the production process.
- Accommodate maintenance planned activities in the machine schedules in a way not impacting customer deliveries.
- Coordinates with sales team on urgent request and new product trials requests.
- Focus on meeting defined goals thru teamwork.
- Planning & scheduling of die cutting and pack assembly operations.
- Coordinating with the Molders ensuring continuous and uninterrupted supply of finished products to customers and raw material to pack assembly.

- Internal communication necessary with all associated personnel related addressing of all order requests be it commercial orders or samples requests or urgencies from customers or traders.

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in production scheduling or operations management within a manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of SAP and/or SAP B1 a plus & preferred.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
- Demonstrated ability in production planning and resource allocation.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple schedules effectively.
- Familiarity with supply chain management concepts is a plus.
- Experience in quality control processes and continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
- Keeping track of raw material and various semi-finished products
- Scheduling and planning the production machine, die cutting machines and pack assembly units to serve the customers on time and in full
- Addressing the requests from sales, R&D team and product management team.
- Communicating on regular basis with the Molders to ensure a continuous supply of various pieces and semi finished goods on a timely manner.
- Incorporating the maintenance downtimes and scheduled activities in the plan without impacting the deliveries to customers.
- Working with team on inventory counting at defined intervals.
- On the go adjustments to the schedule when needed due to any given reason at times.

- Must possess a minimum corrected vision of 20/40. Vision to be checked every 2 years with records to reside in the Medical Dept.
- Must possess high manual dexterity including ascending and descending stairs, ramps and ladders.
- Must be able to wear/use required P.P.E. (Personal Protective Equipment).
