- Manage and convert inbound digital leads into memberships and ancillary service packages
- Build strong, lasting relationships with prospective members through proactive and regular communication via phone, email, or text
- Actively listen to prospects to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, in-club assisted sales, renewals, and ancillary service targets
- Collaborate with the General Manager and Regional Sales Director to refine sales strategies and tailor outreach to each lead
- Manage a large pipeline of digital leads and ensure high touch
- Book appointments for leads that are interested in visiting our Clubs
- Curate a luxury purchasing experience for inbound leads
- Collaborate with in-club sales teams to support
- Use Salesforce and other digital tools to track, manage, and nurture leads effectively
- Conduct follow-ups with leads to ensure a seamless and personalized sales experience
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Equinox’s commitment to excellence and personalized service
- Gather feedback from new members to continuously improve the sales process and member experience
- Stay knowledgeable about all club services, programs, and products to provide accurate information to prospects
- Previous experience in an inside sales environment with track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on active listening, empathy, and problem solving
- Ability and excitement to work in a fast-paced sales environment while balancing a high-touch personalized customer experience
- Familiarity with managing digital leads and using CRM tools like Salesforce
- Confidence in working within an incentive-based compensation structure
- Enthusiastic, personable, and friendly disposition

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends (must be able to work the last 4 days of each month)
- Sales strategy development and execution, particularly with digital lead management
- Experience with digital and phone sales, experience in luxury industry preferred but not required
- Team player with ability to collaborate with colleagues towards a common goal
- Customer relationship management (CRM) tools (e.g., Salesforce). Data analysis and performance tracking
- Strong presentation and sales capabilities
