Engineering Intern - Product Support

- Drive improvements to the Drill storage procedures (decommissioning).
- Develop documentation of service procedures (written or video footage).
- Create a major component serial number database.
- Manage the service/maintenance interval checklists (320XPC drills).
- Participate in maintaining uniformity of MS Teams site containing key product support Information.
- Junior or Senior level in undergraduate Engineering program.
- Emphasis of study in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or Electrical Engineering.
- Interest in, or experience with, hydraulic systems, gearboxes, low voltage circuits.
- Solid communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient with basic Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to utilize CAD software (Solidworks preferred)
- Possess effective problem solving and critical thinking skills; ability to be creative and resourceful when needed
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
