- Maintain and support the integrity of the operating system environment and various computer systems across multiple domains.
- Administer, install, and troubleshoot a variety of operating systems.
- Perform systems maintenance tasks, such as system back-up, recovery and file maintenance on both Windows and Linux systems.
- Schedule, install, and test system software upgrades.
- Configure software and resolve technical problems.
- Primary administrator for Azure cloud environment in a Microsoft Government tenant and a full E3/E5 GCC High Microsoft 365 product suite.
- Manage and secure Power BI data analytics.
- Manage the interfaces (APIs) between corporate systems and data visualizations.
- End user support for onsite and remote employees.
- Monitor and maintain software licensing and maintenance agreements.
- Contribute to moderately complex aspects of a project.
- Work with the Software Engineers to ensure that the architecture will meet requirements of the proposed applications.
- Support and advise customer on initiatives including assessment, migration, and modernization.
- Write and edit scripts to increase system efficiency using PowerShell or other scripting language.

- High School diploma with 14 years of relevant experience, Associates degree with 12 years of relevant experience or, Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
