- Review base building documents provided by the GC/Owner.
- Calculate AC & Heat loads for comfort cooling/heating in offices, warehouses, and restaurants.
- Calculate ventilation requirements for specified air changes in warehouses, including sizing of exhaust fans and louvers.
- Determine heat requirements for frost protection in warehouses, fire pump rooms, and pump houses.
- Collaborate with CAD designer to size and locate ductwork, equipment, and ventilation systems.
- Hand draw equipment locations for coordination with GC's structural team.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates based on project plans and specifications.
- Develop project budgets and timelines in collaboration with project managers.
- Obtain competitive pricing from vendors and subcontractors.
- Prepare and submit bids and proposals to clients.
- Evaluate project risks and provide ongoing support to project teams.
- Attend in-person and virtual meetings with GCs and project stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and project-related documents.
- 5-10 years of experience in HVAC Design/Build construction, design & estimating.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and construction methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a challenging environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 USD
