- Identify the top builders to grow BCSS sales with and execute a growth plan that will create a preference and/or develop a market for conventional steel business. Deliver the BCSS value proposition to brand builders to ensure builder awareness and revenue in Conventional sales meets target.
- Educate and drive incremental sales with developers and architects in the market by presenting our value proposition, training them on the benefits of a metal building, and acting as the conduit between these professionals and the brand builder network.
- Understand and drive the BCSS position in the marketplace assigned relative to competitors, products and services, and industry trends. Report market intelligence to BCSS to ensure competitiveness. Act as a trusted advisor to assist sales in qualifying projects as BCSS or brand managed projects and guide decisions to maximize the best option for the project and customer.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan with brand sales and segment management to achieve revenue goals and key growth objectives with strategic brand builders by specific deliverable dates.
- Drive and execute marketing and advertising programs with segment management to target markets or key accounts within the territory.
- College degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, or other equivalent experience
- 7 years relevant experience in sales or project management
- 2 years experience in a construction-related field
- 10 years relevant industry experience
- Experience performing consultative selling in the A + D community
- Construction industry sales experience
- Conventional and PEMB experience
