We are looking for a Paid Social Media Buyer who is hands-on, strategic, and data-driven to join our small but mighty team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, but also takes initiative and can work autonomously when making performance- and budget-related decisions.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of paid social experience, with direct hands-on-keyboard execution in platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat. You should have experience managing paid social budgets of $ 250,000 or more and be comfortable owning campaign performance, pacing, and optimization in alignment with spend goals and KPIs.
This is a hybrid role based in Orlando, perfect for someone who enjoys theme parks and wants to help bring campaigns to life across a variety of consumer touchpoints. Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat
- Actively manage pacing, spend, creative testing, and real-time optimization directly in-platform
- Independently make data-informed decisions to meet campaign KPIs and maximize performance
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, analytics, and project management
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for media vendors and platform reps
- Support the development of quarterly and annual paid social media plans
- Use Workfront (or similar project management tools) to track campaign tasks and deliverables
- Regularly report on campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Stay current on platform updates, trends, and emerging social media opportunities
- Minimum 2 years of paid social media buying experience
- Proven experience managing media budgets of $250K or more
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat platforms
- Comfortable making independent strategic and budget decisions
- Highly organized, proactive, and a critical thinker
- Excellent collaborator who works well with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Experience with Workfront or comparable project management tools
- A passion for theme parks or themed entertainment is a strong plus
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred
