If you're passionate about creating robust power and control systems and enjoy owning the process from concept to completion, we'd love to connect with you.About the RoleAs a Senior Electrical Engineer, you'll take the lead in engineering design and documentation across a range of electrical systems for high-performance industrial applications. This role blends advanced technical responsibilities with cross-functional leadership. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and manufacturing teams while mentoring designers and junior engineers.What You'll DoCreate and lead electrical designs using AutoCAD ElectricalInterpret, produce, and improve technical drawings, schematics, and P&ID documentsDevelop and program PLCs, HMIs, and control systems (including PID loops)Perform advanced electrical calculations and ensure compliance with key industry standards (NEC, IEEE, MSHA)Participate in strategic design reviews and improve design processes company-wideContribute to project planning, BOM management, and scheduling using ERP toolsWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology (Master's preferred)7–10 years of hands-on electrical design experienceStrong command of AutoCAD Electrical and experience mentoring othersSolid knowledge of electrical codes and safety practicesExperience with PLC/HMI programming and system troubleshootingExcellent collaboration, communication, and leadership skillsNice to HaveProfessional Engineer (PE) licenseExperience in heavy industrial, power systems, or energy sectorsFamiliarity with Epicor or similar ERP platformsWhy This RoleTake ownership of mission-critical design work from day oneJoin a company that values innovation, collaboration, and high standardsWork across industries like mining, utilities, energy, and infrastructureBe part of a growing organization with a strong track record and national footprintReady to take the lead in electrical engineering?
