This role is essential in helping financial institutions modernize their Treasury and Capital Markets operations through our SaaS, Cloud-Native, and Managed Services offerings. The ideal candidate brings a rare combination of technical expertise, solution design experience, and financial domain understanding, acting as the critical bridge between client IT stakeholders, business teams, and internal product and engineering groups.The ideal candidate combines deep technical acumen with strong client-facing skills, translating complex business needs into strategic and scalable solutions. As a Technical Solutions Consultant Lead, you will play a key role in pre-sales and early delivery engagements, owning the technical architecture and integration vision for complex client implementations. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, DevOps, and Service Delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are secure, scalable, cloud-optimized, and aligned with both client IT policies and our platform capabilities.This position requires deep knowledge of cloud architectures, container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), security standards, API integration patterns, and database strategies. You will support client interactions across system architecture reviews, technical deep dives, solution design, infrastructure discussions, and implementation roadmaps – particularly when the client is evaluating SaaS, hybrid, or Managed Services deployment models.The Technical Solutions Consultant Lead is a highly skilled functional and technical domain specialist, often with over 10 to 15 years of experience in financial services, consulting, or enterprise software. Your primary responsibility is to partner with sales teams and the broader ecosystem to understand, identify, and qualify client needs, then design and position tailored solutions that deliver measurable business value.What will you contribute?From a technical consultant perspective, you will shape and influence cloud migration strategies and system modernization efforts for financial institutions seeking innovation in their Treasury and Capital Markets platforms. Your role will directly impact deal progression by identifying technical risk, designing best-fit architectures, and articulating the technical and operational benefits of our platform.You will lead discussions with client architects, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to align our solution architecture with client environments, regulatory requirements, and performance needs. You will also assist in crafting reusable technical frameworks, integration templates, and DevOps strategies that shorten time to value and support operational resilience for our clients.Internally, your expertise will help inform product strategy and delivery frameworks. Your insights into containerization, orchestration, integration patterns, and deployment practices will guide the refinement of our SaaS and Managed Services offerings to better meet the technical expectations of leading financial institutions in the Americas.Responsibilities & Deliverables:Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:Architecture Design & Validation Lead the design and validation of technical architectures that leverage cloud-native, containerized, and multi-tier strategies for enterprise financial clients.Client Engagement & Technical Discovery Conduct in-depth technical workshops and discovery sessions with client infrastructure, DevOps, and security teams to map requirements to architectural patterns.Integration Strategy & Solution Engineering Define and document integration blueprints, API models, data flows, and security patterns for connecting internal and external systems across on-prem and cloud.Managed Services & SaaS Enablement Provide technical leadership in transitioning clients to our Managed Services or SaaS delivery models, including infrastructure sizing, availability planning, and compliance requirements.Pre-Sales & Solutioning Support Collaborate with Sales and Solutions Consulting teams to build client-specific technical proposals, deployment strategies, and responses to technical RFP/RFIs.Required Experience:The successful candidate is required to demonstrate:Presentation Excellence: The Solutions Consulting Lead masters the art of delivering compelling, value-led presentations structured around audience relevance, impactful storytelling and clarity of value. The Solutions Consulting Lead excels in both in-person and virtual presentation environments, being able to structure value and keep audience attention even in remote presentations, has clear domain of the right technical setup to maintain presence in digital formatsStrong client-focus and impeccable professional integrity10+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions architecture, or pre-sales engineering in enterprise software or financial services technology.Deep understanding of system architecture patterns, including microservices, multi-tier web apps, and event-driven designs.Expertise in containerization and orchestration, particularly Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE), and CI/CD practices.Experience in enterprise integration, including REST APIs, message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), and common ETL/data pipeline tools.Cloud infrastructure knowledge across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP, including VPC design, IAM, security groups, networking, and cost optimization.Strong background in relational databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server) and understanding of data security, replication, and backup strategies.Understanding of security standards (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001, NIST, OWASP), encryption protocols, and secure authentication practices.Proven experience designing and supporting Managed Services or SaaS solutions for enterprise clients.Ability to write and present technical documentation, diagrams (e.g., using Lucidchart, Visio), and architecture runbooks.Comfortable interfacing with client IT executives, architects, compliance teams, and project stakeholders.Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.Experience working with version control systems (e.g., Git) and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Helm) is a plus.Client-centric and outcome-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and responsiveness in fast-paced sales environments.Strong analytical skills & understand current business / industry including relevant regulations, business drivers, evolving business needsSelf-driven, self-taught individual with strong motivation to excel in identified pursuitsAbility to travel as needed (up to 75%)Professional fluency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is a strong plusEducation/CertificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (advanced degree is preferable) or equivalent experience.Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Professional Architect) is a strong plusCertified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or related certifications are highly desirableITIL Foundation, TOGAF, or other relevant service delivery and architecture certifications are a plusWe are proud to offer a range of incentives to our employees worldwide.
