Hourly Pay Range: $17.86 - $25.00 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Position Highlights:
  • Position: Starbucks Barista
  • Location: Edward Hospital - Naperville, IL
  • Part Time | 20 hours/week
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, shift start times varies starting at12pm/1pm - 7pm, with weekend availability required from 8am/9am - 3:30pm
What you will do:
  • This position will create the Starbucks experience for our customers by providing legendary customer service with prompt assistance, quality beverages and products and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.
  • Serves customers, operates the POS system, prepares food, cleans area and assists with all food service duties.
What you will need:
  • Education: High School Diploma/GED or in progress of obtaining, required
  • Certification: Successful completion of a Food Handler Training Certificate Program (ANSI Accredited) within 30 days of start date of position, required
  • Experience: 1 year of coffee shop experience, preferred
