The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with there automotive service needs, providing accurate estimates, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, also CDK experience will be a big plus. Requirements:Greet customers and assess there automotive needsListen to customer concerns and provide recommendations for maintenance and repairsProvide accurate estimates for services and repairs, including parts and labor costSchedule appointmentsCommunicate effectively with customers regarding the status of their vehicles and any additional repairs neededCoordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenanceMaintain detailed records of customer interactions, service appointments, and vehicle historyUphold company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and quality standardsProvide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionallyPrevious experience as an automotive service advisor or in a similar customer service role preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailKnowledge of automotive system and repair proceduresProficiency with computer software, including CDK dealer management systemAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectivelyvalid drivers license and clean driving recordMust be able to pass back ground and drug screening checksPI51fcea9a5-
