- Lead all activities for designated area on a daily basis
- Provide Peer Leadership for all associates
- Priorities
o Support associates through daily tasks
o Maintain SLAs for designated area
- Act as a subject matter expert in designated area
- Train employees in designated area
- Maintain efficient and orderly usage of areas
- Promote/Develop/Sustain an efficient workflow within the department
- Create a positive work environment and develop ownership in department with a high level of diplomacy, professionalism, and integrity
- Ensure productivity goals are met
- Oversee the quality of production activities
- Audit department processes to ensure all team members are adhering to processes/SOPs
- Perform job duties of associates
- Interact with management and cross-functional employees to resolved issues affecting operations
- Ensure area is adequately supplied to complete daily tasks
- Must be able to work overtime as required
- All other job duties assigned by Supervisor and/or Manager
- High school degree or GED required
- Team building and leadership skills

- Stand / walk for an extended time period
- Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes and weights up to 50 pounds
- Operate warehouse equipment as required for position (i.e. forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker) which requires coordinated movements
