Salary Range: $140,000 – $185,000About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead and manage critical compliance functions across the organization. This position requires expertise in both traditional financial regulations and cryptocurrency regulations, with responsibility for regulatory relationships, examinations, audits, and risk assessments.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is passionate about ensuring compliance while supporting business growth in a highly dynamic industry.Key ResponsibilitiesRegulatory Examination & Audit Coordination
Prepare and manage materials, responses, and presentations for regulatory examinations and audits
Coordinate internal teams for regulatory interviews and reviews
Ensure timely and accurate submissions to regulatory authorities
Maintain detailed documentation of audits, inquiries, and follow-up actions
Risk Management & Assessment
Conduct compliance risk assessments across entities and subject areas
Identify, analyze, and mitigate compliance risks in business operations
Develop and implement effective compliance controls and strategies
Stakeholder & Regulatory Relationship Management
Act as primary liaison with regulatory agencies and authorities
Partner with internal stakeholders and external partners on compliance initiatives
Provide internal compliance reporting and collaborate with Internal Audit teams
Issue Management & Tracking
Maintain organized compliance issue tracking and scheduling
Provide regular reporting on status and resolution progress
Document and support regulatory matters requiring ongoing attentionQualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 5–7 years of progressive compliance experience, ideally in both financial services and digital assets
- Strong knowledge of global regulations across traditional finance and cryptocurrency
- Proven experience working with regulatory authorities and audit firms
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet regulatory deadlines
- Previous experience in a startup or growth environment preferred
