Overview:The Enterprise Data Platform Engineer will be responsible for delivering high-quality data architecture for operational data stores, advanced analytics (AI/ML), Power BI reporting, API layers, and more. The engineer will collaborate with customers to understand requirements, translate them into designs and architectures, and help define delivery plans. Responsibilities:Design and Architecture: Develop and maintain the architecture of data platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.Implementation: Implement data solutions using Microsoft technologies such as Azure Data Lake, Azure API, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Power BI.Integration: Integrate various data sources and ensure seamless data flow across systems.Optimization: Optimize data storage and processing to improve query performance and reduce costs.Security: Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and regulations.Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data architecture, processes, and best practices.Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor data systems for performance and reliability and perform regular maintenance and updates.Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data technology and proactively propose innovative solutions.
