- Create Success Plans, Roadmaps and Value Realization documents to help customer achieve business objectives.

- 8+ years IT experience
- 3+ years in managing endpoint tools – Nexthink/ 1E Tachyon/ SysTrack
- Nexthink/ 1E Tachyon/ SysTrack Platform Foundation & Administrator certificates
- ITIL foundation certifications
- Project Management tools – JIRA, Azure DevOps
- Experience of working on ITSM - ServiceNow, Remedy
- Possesses knowledge of Microsoft Applications like MS Visio, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
