- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and expand the SAP portfolio across the region. This includes planning, solutioning, and delivering customer journeys from ECC to SAP’s RISE & S/4HANA offerings
- Customer Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Customer engagements: Understand customer challenges, diagnose and troubleshoot requirements to help drive and develop innovative SAP solutions, including strategy, technology, migration, and management changes based on specific customer needs and requirements. This includes experience in RFP, RFI and proposal solutioning and writing.
- Financial acumen: Oversee the financial planning of customer proposals and ensure profitable delivery of the SAP services, including budgeting, forecasting, and achieving revenue and profitability targets.
- Monitor Service Delivery: Responsible for driving successful delivery of services using your experience and knowledge of implementing SAP and Data solutions from a functional / technical perspective.
- Technical leadership: Lead and run design workshops; identify business requirements and map to SAP solutions. Identify functionality gaps and build necessary extensions. Interface with business to understand the scope and requirements. Support in pre-sales cycles.
- Deep experience with at least one of the SAP Modules (FI, CO, SD, PP, MM QM, PS, PM, SCM)
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and business units to deliver integrated solutions and drive overall business success. Collaborate with partners and consulting firms, where required, to create comprehensive solutions for customer problems.

Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience. For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city, or local minimum wage requirement.This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in selling SAP solutions/services, with at least 3 years leading and managing large-scale SAP
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of SAP solutions, including SAP RISE, S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and related technologies. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex SAP implementations.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with a understanding of financial management, business development, and market dynamics.
- Customer Focus: Exceptional customer management skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Good understanding of one or more SAP functional areas such as FI, SD, MM, PP, PS, and WM
- Exposure to SAP Integrations with B2B/EDI/IDOC, Concur, Ariba, Success Factors, Sales Cloud, and Coupa.
- Experience interacting with Senior and Executive Leadership.
- Experience with multi-tier / hybrid-cloud system development for large enterprises.
- Knowledge of the agile development process, development.
- Knowledge of specific industries (e.g., manufacturing, retail, finance) and their unique SAP requirements.
- Experience with SAP’s Activate Methodology
