- Process provider applications and revalidation applications through verifications, credentialing, and site visits
- Accurately input enrollment data into database system
- Conduct quality assurance functions to reduce errors and improve processes and performance
- Demonstrate great depth of knowledge / skills in own function and act as a technical resource to others
- Educate and provide training to Providers on billing, prior authorization, and other administrative functions
- Investigate non-standard requests and problems

- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 3+ years of experience with credentialing / provider enrollment / network management / provider relations in the health care industry
- Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Excel and Word
- Currently reside within the state of Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, or New Hampshire
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time for conducting site visits within the state of Massachusetts
- Comfortable learning and using different computer programs such as Salesforce and MMIS
- Exceptional oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Understands and is successful at meeting deadlines that comes with job tasks
- Demonstrated ability to develop written correspondence to providers
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards
