Specific QualificationsQualificationsEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent required; technical HVAC training or certification preferred.Minimum 4+ years of HVAC installation/service experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.Experience in residential construction or multi-family dwellings preferred.Licenses & CertificationsState HVAC license (where applicable).Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.Knowledge & SkillsStrong understanding of HVAC systems, schematics, and installation best practices.Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Proficient with mobile workforce apps, basic MS Office tools, and work order systems.Work Environment & Physical DemandsWork is performed at construction job sites and may involve exposure to extreme temperatures, noise, and dust.Requires standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working from ladders or scaffolding.License RequiredYes
