  • Lead construction projects from inception to completion across multiple project types: manufacturing, industrial, office, warehouse, labs, and cleanrooms.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related activities.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and contractor/vendor performance.
Planning & Coordination
  • Schedule and conduct project meetings with AE firms, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate design and construction phases to ensure seamless execution.
  • Oversee value engineering efforts to optimize project costs while maintaining quality and sustainability.
Construction Oversight
  • Conduct ongoing site visits to monitor quality, safety, and compliance with plans/specifications.
  • Review design documents for constructability and regulatory compliance.
  • Inspect completed installations, manage punch lists, and secure certificates of occupancy.
Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain electronic project files (progress reports, photos, budgets, schedules, permits, change orders, as-built drawings).
  • Review and approve invoices, applications for payment, and project close-out documents.
Vendor & Resource Management
  • Partner with Procurement to evaluate, qualify, and manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Ensure effective communication and issue resolution with all stakeholders.
Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, contractor safety programs, and local codes.
  • Organize and lead weekly contractor safety meetings.
  • Perform safety audits and corrective actions.
Global Alignment
  • Collaborate with the global construction management team to implement strategy, metrics, and best practices.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and commitment to excellence.
Requirements:Qualifications & Experience
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of construction/project management experience, including significant field experience.
  • Certifications:
  • PMP Certification (required)
  • OSHA 30-hour Certification (required)
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering construction plans.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Bluebeam, Procore, MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Independent problem-solving, resourcefulness, and leadership ability.
