- Identify high-value customer organizations and map potential buyers to our cutting-edge services that include CPO, BPO services, Data & Analytics and Digital Solutions targeting Hospital Networks, Integrated Delivery Systems and Value Based Care Organizations.
- Develop targeted sales plans for priority accounts and foster relationships with key decision-makers.
- Drive lead generation through innovative channels, from captivating marketing initiatives to personalized outreach campaigns.
- Cultivate trusted partnerships at all levels, from the C-Suite to operational influencers.
- Qualify opportunities and transform clients' strategic needs into bespoke EXL solutions.
- Elevate EXL as a strategic partner, trusted advisor, and value creator for our clients.
- Tailor engaging content for sales presentations that resonate with client objectives.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations, both in-person and virtually, showcasing the unparalleled value of our solutions.
- Develop comprehensive sales proposals, leveraging internal support teams for unmatched expertise.
- Proactively steer the sales process, swiftly responding to client requests.
- Uphold client-facing relationships, ensuring satisfaction and surpassing expectations.
- Generate and update precise sales forecasts and reports using the latest Salesforce technology.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to gain an in-depth understanding of our service portfolio and engage subject matter experts for client requirements.
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure unparalleled customer satisfaction.
- Partner with fellow EXL leaders to amplify the overall portfolio.
- Represent EXL at client visits, industry events, and conferences, showcasing our industry expertise.
- Proven expertise in unlocking multimillion-dollar accounts and introducing transformative CPO/BPO services, Data, Analytic and Digital Solutions to the Provider sector such as Hospital Networks and Integrated Delivery Systems and Value Based Care Organizations.
- In-depth functional knowledge within the healthcare industry, establishing connections with Provider executive stakeholders based on their unique pain points.
- Robust consultative sales process and operations skills, encompassing pipeline management, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Strategic mindset, fostering a consultative and solution-oriented sales environment.
- A thought leader in the rapidly evolving healthcare provider market.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a multicultural, global environment.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (graduate degree a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in solution-consultative sales and account management.
- 5+ years of experience selling into Healthcare Providers, including Hospital Networks, Integrated Delivery Systems and Value Based Care Organizations.
