
Fraud Analyst I

- Perform operational tasks found by policies and procedures related to fraud management
- Conduct in-depth data analysis, validation, and investigation as needed using multiple systems including payment gateway, KYC and geolocation portals, consolidating data, and manually manipulating large sets of data using Excel
- Generate ad-hoc reports as required in a timely and accurate manner
- Support a variety of account and payment administration tasks relating to daily finance and client support queries
- Undertaking operational risk management duties primarily focusing on game play reviews, regulatory review procedures, card-present and card-absent fraud, payments fraud, and operational fraud
- Identify payment and fraudulent activity trends and make recommendations on appropriate changes in order to minimize identified risk
- Ensuring key security and risk objectives are met by effective management of company and third-party risk tools
- Managing player accounts including fund transfers, account privileges, payment requests etc
- Responding to and disputing potential chargeback transactions, reporting and tracking dispute resolution
- Managing player inquiries related to fraud and escalating to customers or other parties as required
- Additional duties as required
- Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of analysis experience, online gaming industry would be desired
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint
