Server/Systems Engineer III: 25

• Maintain, optimize, and ensure the security of collaboration systems including handling preventive/corrective maintenance and scalability.
• Record and manage configurations, incidents, and processes while ensuring compliance with standards.
• Generate and present detailed reports on performance, capacity, and security to senior management.
• Maintain and enhance automation scripts and manage outsourced vendor services to meet business needs.
• Lead system integration and automation projects, contributing to the technical design and ongoing feature changes of collaboration applications.

• Extensive experience in Microsoft suite administration including Exchange Online and Teams.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, PowerBI, and scripting for automation and deployment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work autonomously and remotely in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technology support with a specific focus on the administration and implementation of collaboration tools.
• Previous experience in collaboration security frameworks and successful project management in multi-functional teams is essential.
