- Training and Support: Provide training and support to restaurant staff on how to use integrated systems effectively and troubleshoot integration-related issues.
- Project Management: Manage the integration implementation process, including coordinating with internal teams, third-party vendors, and restaurant stakeholders to ensure successful integration deployment.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of integrations to ensure seamless data flow and functionality between systems. Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Understand complex client questions surrounding restaurant management and the systems that support their goals
- Identify clients needs and help them use specific features
- Successfully scheduling trainings to align with the customer's go-live date
- Logging notes and tracking progress throughout implementation
- Monitoring the health of your accounts and hand-off to customer success
- All efforts result in the success of our customers and our team
- 1+ years of experience with restaurant operations
- 1+ years of experience using Point-of-Sale systems (either in a support or end-user capacity)
- 1+ years of experience in Technical Support/Customer Service
- Enjoy problem-solving and thinking outside the box
- Proven ability to convey complex step-by-step instructions in layman's terms
- Demonstrates excellent organizational skills
- Experience implementing, training, and/or supporting POS a plus
- Innately love and care for others, and are driven to see clients and team members succeed.
- Ability to maintain professionalism amidst a vast range of client personalities.
- Ability to work as a team, with a supportive, creative, solution-minded disposition.
- Possess strong analytical and critical problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
