This position is also responsible for performing administrative duties related to professional services.
  • Job Description:
- Handles outsourcing accounting related duties as assigned- Prepare supporting documentation and post journal entries to QuickBooks or other ERP systems- Ensure quality of customer services- Participate in internal projects as assigned- Performs other duties related to the assigned projects
  • Requirement:
- Ability to read, write and communicate professionally in Japanese and English- Associate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience- 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience is preferred- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word- Knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks, ADP, Sage 50 or other ERP systems are preferred- Comfortable with learning new systems and ability to respond to changes in the IT environment flexibly, not afraid of challenge- Challenging mind and adjustable with new project- Work accurately in a fast-paced work environment- Ability to multi-task, prioritize needs to meet required timelines- Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Salary: $43,000-62,700 (Base salary) +Profit sharing

  • Work Hour: Mon-Fri 9:00-6:00 (Hybrid work, Part time available)
  • Location: Torrance, CA is preferred. Also available in NY office.
