Job DetailsPosition SummaryThe PSD Business System Clerk is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and operating business systems within the assigned organization. This role provides user assistance, training, and account management while ensuring data accuracy, system compliance, and high-quality reporting. The Clerk plays a key role in maintaining smooth system operations, archiving corporate documents, and ensuring confidentiality and customer service excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure consistent and accurate use of the business system across the organization.Provide user support and serve as a point of contact for the local user community.Deliver local user training sessions as needed.Coordinate the creation, maintenance, and authorization of user accounts.Monitor and process account requests, ensuring compliance with policies.Identify and correct system errors, and remove obsolete or duplicate data.Track and respond to system feedback, help requests, bug reports, and improvement ideas.Maintain organized archiving and e-filing of corporate documents.Handle sensitive information securely and confidentially.Prepare reports and analyses for assigned accounts and tasks.Contribute to quality customer service by ensuring timely and accurate support.Qualifications & SkillsHigh school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.Strong computer literacy and ability to learn business systems.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.Strong communication and customer service skills.Experience in data entry, reporting, or administrative support preferred.Work EnvironmentOffice-based role with interaction across business units.Standard business hours, with flexibility based on organizational needs.PPE not typically required but adherence to company policies and procedures is expected. #LI-Onsite #LI-DNI
