- Create multimedia content for websites, blogs, social media, email, trade shows, and other channels.
- Conduct interviews with customers and subject‑matter experts to uncover compelling stories.
- Coordinate seasonal trade show communications and booth content, navigating multi‑stakeholder approvals.
- Manage social media scheduling, publishing, and engagement in alignment with marketing priorities.
- Collaborate with SEO and digital marketing partners to enhance content performance.
- Support planning, scripting, and creation of video and visual assets.
- Develop internal communications such as newsletters and spotlight stories.
- Strong writing and editing skills in alignment with AP Style and brand voice.
- Experience in social media management, digital content creation, and internal communications.
- Knowledge of interviewing techniques, trade show content development, and video content creation.
- Flexibility to take on evolving responsibilities in response to strategic priorities and business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing, communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of content creation experience in a B2B or agency setting (internships considered). Agency experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Sitefinity, WordPress) and digital asset management tools (e.g., Brandfolder) preferred.
- Exposure to industrial or manufacturing sectors is a plus.
