This policy includes, but is not limited to: recruitment, employment, promotion, demotion, transfer, termination, compensation, benefits, layoffs, training, and social and recreational programs.Salary Range:Associate Level License (LPA, LPCA, CSW, AMFT): $55,000 – $70,000Independent Level License (LPP, LPCC, LCSW, LMFT): $65,000 – $75,000 Position SummaryThe Outreach Therapist will work under the supervision of the CSP Director to provide community-based outreach services, including at The Neighborhood. This role will specifically serve individuals who are unhoused or experiencing housing instability, and will accept referrals from The Neighborhood and other community partners. Educational RequirementsMaster’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited university.Must hold or be eligible for licensure in Kentucky. Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide psychotherapy to individuals referred for behavioral health and/or substance use concerns.Serve clients with an independent license or as an associate-level licensed therapist under supervision.Deliver services to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based assessment, diagnosis, and treatment methods for both mental illness and substance use disorders.Maintain compliance with Pathways policies, procedures, and professional ethical standards.Demonstrate proficiency in electronic communication and timely responsiveness to appointments, emails, and other communications.Document services accurately and promptly in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).Assist in building and maintaining referral sources.Other duties as assigned. Skills and Knowledge RequirementsExperience working with individuals with serious mental illness (SMI), substance use disorders (SUD), and those who are unhoused or experiencing housing instability.Training in Evidence-Based Practices (EBP) preferred.Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records and software applications, including Microsoft 365 and Excel.Strong written and oral communication skills.Ability to adapt to change, collaborate within a team environment, and engage effectively with community resources.Commitment to providing services in alignment with Kentucky regulations and Pathways standards.This is a full time position
