Allow our team to curate your stay with the spirit of Brotherly Love.The RoleResponsible for providing administrative support to the Director of Catering, Director of Sales and the Conference Services Team with a focus on the financial responsibilities for the department. Will assist with groups and events leads for the DOC and DOS and provide back up support to the Conference Services Team and the Catering and Sales Coordinators. Receive and respond to incoming telephone calls in accordance with Four Seasons Standards. Prepares accurate written correspondence including emails, contracts, reports, banquet event orders, schedule of events, printed menus, and e-mails using MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams. Updates our Customer Relationship Management Software for groups and events including traces in Opera, creating and updating bookings, prepares Banquet Event Orders. Maintain the various Catering file systems, both electronic and paper, including Account Files, Program Evaluation Database, Master binders for Banquet Event Orders and Resumes.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesExcellent reading, writing & oral proficiency in the English language.Able to handle a large volume of telephone calls in an efficient and courteous manner.Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook. Opera and Sales Force is a plus.Food and Beverage knowledge is a plus.Work well under pressure, requires multitasking and being a team player.Detail oriented, well developed organizational skills and a strategic thinker.Passionate about the luxury hotel industry, curious and number oriented.A college degree in Hospitality management is a plus.Previous experience in luxury hospitality, Sales or Catering is a plus.The RewardsPart of how we care for our team is through a meaningful and inclusive rewards package that supports your needs as an individual.
