We are seeking a new Project Management Analyst to join our team at Ardmore Roderick. As a Project Management Analyst you join a team of infrastructure solutions experts working to solve our client’s ever evolving project needs. This opportunity can be located in either our Chicago or Downers Grove offices and could have potential to be hybrid depending on the specific client, project and team needs.Key Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation and tracking of scopes of work, budgets, and internal cost estimates
- Assist in the management of cost data, project controls, and forecasting for utility projects
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and consistently uploaded to internal and client-facing systems
- Coordinate invoice submissions, reconcile billing documentation, and follow up on client requirements such as CPA codes or purchase order tracking
- Support project managers in tracking progress and performance of ongoing utility infrastructure projects
- Serve as the point of contact for organizing internal and external project meetings
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation including status reports, schedules, and meeting notes
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Organize and participate in project meetings, preparing agendas and recording key action items
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, project controls, or similar administrative support role, preferably within engineering, utilities, or construction
- Have good to great organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Have a team player mindset with the ability to communicate proficiently in written and verbal forms
- Have good to great organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience as a project management cost analyst
- Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, MicroStation and GIS tools
